Steps to place a bid:

a. Type your desired bid in Disc% / Rate $/ct column.

RULES FOR THE BID:

1. Users can bid upto 4.00% cheaper in discounts and for Fancy Color can bid upto 500$ cheaper in Rate$/ct. 1. Users can bid upto 6.00% cheaper in discounts (i.e. 6 back cheaper). 1. Users can bid upto 4.00% cheaper in discounts (i.e. 4 back cheaper) & 500$ in fancy colored diamonds.

2. Please enter +/- sign for bidding in discount.

3. No memos for stones placed in the bid. Appointments can be made through the website. You can call us on 02240796969 or 9930163999 for any queries related to the stones.

4. A user cannot bid lower than their own previous bid.

5. A user cannot exceed the bid limit set by us.

6. A user cannot place a bid which is the same as the current highest bid of that stone. In such a scenario, the user will be shown the following message- “Multiple Bidders at your price. Please bid higher”.

7. If any user bids on a stone in the last few minutes, then the time for that particular stone will get extended to be fair to the other bidders.

8. Eventually the highest bidder will win the stone.

9. Stones can be confirmed right away at the listed price.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE K.B AUCTION:

1. The winner of the stone will have to make the payment within 7 days of the bid result. Terms will be NET.

2. If the winning bidder does not accept the bidded stone, he/she will be denied access for future bids and the second highest bidder may be contacted.

3. The exchange rate for the winning transactions will be the closing rate as on the day of the result.

4. If the bidded stone needs to be delivered to HongKong, Cash charges will be 0.50%, Bank Charges- Nil.

5. For any deliveries outside of Mumbai and Hong Kong, additional shipping charges may apply and Terms may change to Advance Cash.

6. The final decision lies in the hands of the admin.
